It's not 375 but I am getting there. I think I could have done 315 x 3 but Sully is careful not to push too hard and I guess, so am I. Patience has been the most difficult fruit of the Spirit to learn.

My ultimate goals remain: Dead: 405; Squat: 290; Bench 200; Press: 135.

I made it with ease a week before but not this time. I missed my snort of ammonia some loud music. I'll know better next time.

    HLM. Light day.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 130 x 3; 160 x 1; 167 x 5 x 2l; 120 x 5 (P)
    Press: 45 x 5; 75 x 3; 95 x 1; 97 x 1; 76 x 3; 67 x 5
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 250 x 3
    Prowler: 45 x 6 x 2

I had not done much prowling for a while and noticed that going up and down stairs or rapid walking was giving me shortness of breath. So, the prowler is my friend.

    HLM Medium day.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 130 x 3; 170 x 1; 185 x 3; 170 x 5 x 2. New safety bar. It puts the bar on the low bar back position. Takes a little getting used to.
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 142 x 3; 122 x 5 x 2
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 295 x 1; 315 x 1; 250 x 3

You guys catch on quicker than the other. But I'm not going to risk a 55+ year investment on any thing.
