Ok, I'm going to do it. I've been fooling around trying to lose weight, not much, just enough to get this paunch under control. So, I'm going to record my progress. Somedays, I suspect I'll be ashamed. On other days I will be encouraged. I've shrunk from 5' 11" 15 years ago to 5'8 1/2" so I guess I should shrink my weight.
I'm at 216 now. I want to go down to 205. I'll keep protein at around 200 gm., but plan to drop calories to about 2000. I plan to walk a mile or so each day and increase that distance each week. Thanksgiving and Christmas may trick me but the weeks before Christmas we traditionally fast in our Church. Here we go!
Best of luck, carson. No doubt that you have the discipline to get you through those tricky weeks.
