A light day to diagnose and get me back into the game. Weight 209. If I can keep at it I hope to eventually get down to 200.

Carson I know from experience that it is frustrating about the numbers but it is a joy to be as strong as you can especially when there are so many others our age that cannot. When I go to the heart doctors I see so many that can barely get around let alone lift and then I feel blessed. Keep it up!
