Thank you, gentlemen. The Christmas lights around our house and others in the neighborhood remind me that Light has come into the darkness and darkness cannot resist it. John 1. I know it's early but...Merry Christmas.

A light day to diagnose and get me back into the game. Weight 209. If I can keep at it I hope to eventually get down to 200.

    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 275 x 1; 295 x 0 x 1; 305 x 0 x 1; 275 x 1 x 3. Kind of wimpy but at least I'm back in the game.
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 125 x 3; 110 x 8 x 2
    Prowler: 80 x 4 x 2

We had a nice weekend (last Friday - Tuesday) with children and grandchildren in the Chicago area.

Thanks. I'm overall pleased that I can still lift. It's a joy to lift. My frustration is that I'm not near the numbers that I had in 2019.

Carson I know from experience that it is frustrating about the numbers but it is a joy to be as strong as you can especially when there are so many others our age that cannot. When I go to the heart doctors I see so many that can barely get around let alone lift and then I feel blessed. Keep it up!
