Your comment about the heart doctors reminded me of when I had pain in my chest while lifting and Sully sent me to the hospital. Two things happened that made me smile. First, they had me on the treadmill and kept increasing the speed and elevation. I just kept walking and my heart rate moved up very slowly. Finally, they said that I could stop and wondered why. I could have gone on quite a bit longer. Second, the Cardiologist said, "I had the heart of a person of 35, and added but you should quit lifting because it was bad for an old man to lift heavy things." Brother, I don't think he knew that I knew the reason I had a younger man's heart was because of lifting. I told Sully the story and we laughed together.

Merry Christmas to all. We had our family pre-Christmas party in the Chicago area with children and grandchildren. We gave investment ideas and some investments to our grandchildren. We spoke of God's investment in us. We spoke of the love from God through grandma and grandpa and through their parents and a challenge for them to preserve their investments for life and to pass them on to others. It was the best gift God ever inspired my good wife with. The season has already been wonderful. Friday, we get back to lifting.

Merry Christmas to you, Meshuggah. I don't know if I mentioned it but we have a bar as you recommended some years ago. It's taking some time to get used to it but my numbers are moving toward my 2019 numbers.
