At competition in Chicago in 2018 I failed to lift 115. For some reason they allowed me to attempt 128 and it flew up. I have never approached that weight since. It really is a matter of form. I either get it or I don't. I do not understand why.

That's the Press. A hair out of the groove and it just doesn't go.

340 is where I am now. I think back at how I prepared for competitions before the Plandemic. My top lift just before the completion was 10 lbs. less than my second attempt. At the competition, I set two PRs. The top life was 25 lbs heavier than anything I had lifted before. I realize that wasn't exactly how it always worked but projecting from that I would only have to be lifting 355, just 15 pounds more than I lifted a couple of weeks ago, to set a new PR of 380. I do anticipate lifting more than 355 by mid-November when I start to level off. 360 or 365 are not beyond my imagination for mid-November. I think by these calculations 380 is within my wheelhouse by November 25. Enough fantasy. Here's what I did today.

    HLM Light.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 130 x 3; 170 x 1; 185 x 5 x 2
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 100 x 1; 104.5 x 1; 73 x 8 x 2
    Prowler: 140 x 4 x 3 (PR)
