I was hoping to find a picture of the one we use. For a time we used a triangular-shaped prowler but we have found for our purposes a rectangular-shaped one works better. It belongs to our gym. Since my wife and I clean the gym on Tuesdays and Saturdays I will give you a better description. I believe it's from Rogue. The regular routine is 240 ft. by 3. Some do 360 by 3 or even 4. I'm too darned old to do that. So I stick with 240 x 3 with 3 minute rests between each set. However, I can't find a picture.

Great pull, carson. Hopefully that achilles won't give you fits going forward.

Thanks, Bill and Mike. I have heavy Squats on Monday. We will see how much the Achilles problem will affect my lifts. I have to be careful going up and down stairs and it's a bit stiff in the mornings. It doesn't seem too painful otherwise. I hope it has no effect upon my deads. I'm shooting for a 380 x 1 by November 25.

HLM Did a light day instead of a heavy day.

Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 130 x 3; 170 x 1; 188 x 5 x 2 My main problem was not in my Achilles, although it was a bit uncomfortable, but with my head. "We have nothing to fear but fear itself." However, I pushed through.
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 160 x 1; 167.5 x 1; 115 x 8 x 2
    Prowler: 135 x 4 x 3 I.e., 240 x 3.
