    HLM Medium with Heavy Deads

    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 340 x 1; 350 x 1; 287 x 3 My knees were really grumbling at me. I had to put on wraps and used Aspercream but even then they kept complaining.
    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 150 x 3; 200 x 1; 212 x 1 (FAIL. Should have been 3 x 2 but my right knee felt like bone on bone.)
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 118 x 8 x 2

    HLM Heavy with Heavy Squats

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 160 x 3; 210 x 1; 237 x 0 x 1; 213 x 3 x 1. Continued knee problem. I'll be seeing the strength Dr. on Tuesday.
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 100 x 1; 105 x 1; 89 x 5 x 2. These are still not perfect but improving.
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 282 x 5

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 130 x 3; 170 x 1; 190 x 5 x 2. No knee problems. I'm beginning to wonder about the cambered bar. I keep leaning forward. This problem did not exist before the Plandemic which was before I began using a cambered bar.

    I aim to do it. It's an unofficial competition to celebrate our eldest lifter who turns 97 that day, He will compete. It's only for Deadlift because that's the only life he can do without accommodation. All proceeds go to Alzheimer's research. It's a pleasant event designed or fun. Still, I'm going for a PR, at least 376 but hoping for 380.
