HLM Heavy Dead. Since I have stalled on the Dead we backed down the weight.
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 300 x 1; 320 x 1; 262.5 x 3
Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 130 x 3; 115 x 8 x 2
Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 130 x 3; 180 x 1; 189 x 3
I missloaded the 300 and was probably 315 with the problem that the right end was 15 pounds heavier than the left end. But I picked it up anyway. Getting old is not for sissies.

One of the best days since the end of the Plandemic. HLM Heavy Dead redivivus.
Dead: 135 X 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 337.5 x 1; 275 x 3 The top lift went up easy. Happy Days are here again.

You bet! I do not understand why I went into a downturn for a time. I suppose it has something to do with some form problem or other. Anyway, I am happy to get a sign that it seems to be over at least for now.
