    Another Light Day. I wasn't feeling so good. We'll try a medium day on Monday.

    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 345 x 0. It started here and affected the other lifts.

    Sully offers online and in-person coaching. He is quite busy, but contact him to see if he is available. In addition to coaching, he is writing two books and creating videos. He also oversees Karate and Yoga training. But it can't hurt to contact him. Contact him through the Greysteel Website or on Facebook.
