If fear hadn't crept in, I would probably have had a PR in both the Squat and Press long ago. Still, I expect a new PR in the Squat in 1 1/2 weeks and one in the Press in a few weeks. I'm working toward a PR in the Dead on November 30.

Well done. Good luck with the upcoming PRs too.

    HLM Light Day

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 140 x 3; 180 x 1; 196 x 5 x 3
    Press: 45 x 5; 75 x 3; 100 x 1 (I tweaked my back, and I could not proceed with this lift).
    Prowler: 200 x 4 x 3 (275 x 240 x 3)

I doubt that is is a major problem since my back has not bothered me since I stopped the Press.

Since I have had very little sleep since Friday, I think you are correct. Standing, walking, and sitting are no problems, but when I lay down, it isn't long before the pain is very strong. I don't sleep well, in any event, with 4-5 hours at best. I was scheduled for a sleep study at the hospital, but my back pains and even less sleep have forced me to move it to November. Growing old is not for sissies.

    HLM Medium with heavy deads.

    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 350 x 0; 292 x 3. Lack of sleep caught up with me.
    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 160 x 3; 200 x 1; 221 x 1 Back pain forced a stop.

I hope to do better next time.
