    HLM Light

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 160 x 3; 190 x 1; 196 x 5 x 2
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 170 x 1; 178 x 1; 125 x 8 x 2. I pulled a muscle in my back while lifting 170 but was able to finish
    Prowler: 200 x 4 x 1. My back hurt, so I could not push x 2 and 3.

After a bit of therapy, my back feels much better.

I hope to get another PR someday. At 78, I guess it's a race against time.

Thank you, gentlemen. We old guys need such encouragement. Sully and his team are good coaches.

We had an open house in which some of the lifters in our gym demonstrated the lifts to guests to show what kinds of lifts we did. There were many questions and conversations during the lifts. As a result, I lost track of my notations on warm-ups and will lift only my top lifts in the three I did.

    HLM Medium with heavy deads

    Dead: 342.5 x 1
    Bench: 143 x 3
    Squat: 221 x 3 x 2

Eight guests and a few lifters watched or cheered us on. Sully interviewed at least three people about possibly joining the gym. I'm not sure we had as many guests as we had hoped for, but it still exposed our work to a few new people.
