    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 160 x 3; 190 x 1; 202 x 5 x 2
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 170 x 1; 178.5 x 1; 125 x 8 x 2
    Prowler: 303 (including sled) x 4 x 3. Since the correct weight of the sled is 103 lbs. I will include that in the report. 4 represents 60 x 4 or 240 ft.

    Hey Carson, how far along your training journey were you when you introduced the Prowler? Just curious. I have no interest in introducing it yet, as I'm only 1 month into my current LP.

    Sidenote: my squat is approaching the same weight as yours, except 202 is a light day for you haha

    Thanks for checking in. I started the prowler about two years after starting to lift. The first two or three times, I did not have plates. Then, I began adding plates. I only do the prowler every third session.
