A little pain on the bench but that's about it.

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 3; 210 x 1; 230 x 3; 195 x 5 x 2
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 155 x 2 x 2
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 335 x 0 x 0 x 1 A bit of form drift but finally got it right. I should be able to compete fairly well in the Fall Challenge in Chicago.

I hope this won't piss you off even more but I turn all sorts of colors when I lift those weights on the deadlift. My entire head turns red with touches of purple and blue. It's very colorful. Do you do that.

Are you still coming to the Fall Classic? We are bringing six and the star of the show will be our 92 year old gentleman who lifts in the 250 range.

Yes, I am. I am hoping for some consistency in my lifting. Perhaps some PR's.
