Sully prepared some lifts to do at home with the things we have available. They will be of some help.

I spent about 45 minutes using rocks and bags of rocks as weights doing the training that Sully sent us. The toughest exercise was push ups. I don't think I've done a push up in 30 years. I did six painfully awful push ups and gave it up for a better day. It looks like we will be limited to this and maybe sneak in a bit more during at least the next 3 weeks.

My recollection about pushups is that it respons well to the the adaption process, good luck with that.

Good work trying things out. Some times it takes a while to figure stuff out.
If I didn't have a home gym, I'd be looking at making a bar / 2x4 with chains to "heavy stuff".
I've been telling everybody who doesn't do the program to get a bar and just do deadlifts at home.
It could even be a bent bar. (just mark it)
I know I own a ton of 35's I would not miss for a while. LOL.

Being high risk, it seems even with a home gym some throttling back is appropriate.
My guess is 85%. Talib says 80%.

I might be tempted to go get an 8' 1" black pipe (like for a gas line) from the hardware store.
I'm sure heavy stuff could be attached somehow. Stability is probably the biggest issue.

Be safe! Drink your hot bone broth in the morning.

Thanks for the reference to bone broth.

We have ways to occasionally get access to proper equipment.

We now have a few dumbbells as well.

A whole mess of squats peaking at 160 x 3
    Press: 45 x 5 x 3
    Split press on the floor with dumbbells; 30 x 5 x 3
    Deadlit: 135 x 10 x 2
    Some other stuff.
