Thank you, but don't take it all. I still need some. We have a client in our group who is 93 and was still making gains until the lock down. He does do make shift lifts in his room at the retirement home where he lives. He does them on m,w, f. We aren't likely to quit when we see what he is doing.

Another light day at the clinic.

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 3; 160 x 1; 167.5 x 5 x 2; 90 x 5 (paused)
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 142.5 x 3; 132.5 x 5 x 2
    Dead: 135 x 5; 225 x 3; 290 x 1; 300 x 3

Light days frustrate me but I think they are necessary.

My breathing with the mask seemed a bit harder than usual, especially during deadlift.

    Too Light on HLM

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 3; 160 x 1; 185 x 5 x 2; 105 x 5 (pause)
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 4; 135 x 1; 156 x 1; 109 x 8 x 2
    Prowler: 45 x 6 x 2

All were very easy. Prowler was surprisingly easy since I had not done any since mid March.
