    Indeed it is. The PR is 327,5. A minor miscue but I'll take all I can get.

    The Thumb is still giving me problems. I will be seeing a specialist on Oct. 17.

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 3; 203 x 5 x 3
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 2; 156 x 1 I could have lifted more except for my thumb. 110 x 8 x 3
    Prowler: 90 x 2 x 6

    I like 1+ days.

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 3; 210 x 1; 235 x 2 x 2 I got depth on most lifts.
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 2; 100 x 1; 106 x 2 x 2; 77 x 8 x 3
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 330 x 1; 345 x 1; 360 x 1 tied my PR

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 3; 205 x 5 x 5, 4, 5 Tried the Tubow and wound up barely making 4.
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 4; 85 x 2; 95 x 1; 115 x 110 x 1; 115 x 1; 121 x 1 PR; 125 x 1 another PR.
    Prowler: 90 x 6 x 4

    Onward and Upward toward the USSF Fall classic in Chicago.
