Had a molar removed with pliers and a jackhammer. Knocked me off of lifting for today. Hopefully, I will do my last lifts for the year on Monday. Then I have another surgery coming up. See you next year.

Here's hoping that you feel better. No workouts for the rest of the year?

On Dec. 7 I will do my last lifts for the year. It looks like mid-January before I'm back. The second surgery is more serious than the oral surgery. 4-6 weeks says the Doctor.
