Well, I ended on a fairly high note. Sully said, Chase some singles. So, I did and got one PR.
Squat: 70 x 5 (pause); 160 x 3; 200 x 1; 230 x 1; 250 x 1; 260 x 1; 270 x 1 (PR) It took me four years, but I did it.
Press: 45 x 5; 75 x 3; 105 x 1; 112.5 X 0 I must focus on this stubborn lift. I did 128 two years ago but have never matched it.
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 335 x 1; 350 x 1 This puts me within 25 pounds of the PR I set about a year ago.
I felt like a stallion finally released from my corral.

Just checking in. I still have 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before the Doc gives me release to lift but I observe my wife and help around the clinic. I imagine my weights will be fairly light to start off with but I plan on being back.
My book should be published within the week. I've already seen the finished product and approved it.
