    A good day. I failed nothing. Still rushed but this annoyance will end next week.

    A second Monday in a row in which I failed. Maybe I should call every day I lift "Friday".

    Squat: 70 x 5 (pause); 160 x 3; 190 x 1; 205 x 3; 177.5 x 5
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 97.5 x 1 (failed was supposed to be x 3); 75 x 5 x 2

    About the Press: I lifted 128 three years ago. I must have picked ups some bad habits since then. I will be focusing upon the press for the next few weeks and see what happens.

    I would imagine the extra time pressure due to Covid stuff could be a factor.
    Give yourself a break for showing up... especially on Mondays.

    That is sound advice. But I'm neurotic about dying..I think, maybe not. Anyway, I think I must keep pushing to make gains before I'm too old to make anymore.

    I'm back on track. Press was better and I lifted 325 on Dead. Onward and upward. BTW Masks are off as of April 15. Freedom.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 160 x 3; 180 x 1; 190 x 3; 177.5 x 5; 100 x 5 (paused).
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 85 x 4; 75 x 5; 65 x 8.
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 325 x 1; 267.5 x 3.

    I'm back on HLM. This was medium day. I can hardly weight for heavy day.
