    I know that NJ is quite a trip from Chicago but I sure wish I could meet you two at the Classic. Maybe you can swing by Greysteel gym in Farmington, Mi. Maybe, we will go to NJ someday and have a beer or better share a single malt straight scotch.

    The hand specialist showed me the x-ray pointing out two bone spurs at the base of my left thumb. At least now I know why it hurts. It won't stop me from lifting but it will be an annoyance. I may get cortizone shots starting in November.

    Light day on Monday and then to Chicago for the Fall Classic on Saturday.

    I guess I won't get a stuffed dinosaur this classic or any classic. As much as I've tried I cannot do a straight bar squat. As you can see I can do squats are fairly heavy weights as long as I can do them with a safety bar. It would make sense for the classic to allow the safety bar but then it's a free country and despite this I enjoy going. Onto approx. 370+/- for Dead and 125-130 for Press.
