The hand specialist showed me the x-ray pointing out two bone spurs at the base of my left thumb. At least now I know why it hurts. It won't stop me from lifting but it will be an annoyance. I may get cortizone shots starting in November.
Cortisone weakens the bones. A word to the wise.

Light day on Monday and then to Chicago for the Fall Classic on Saturday.
I guess I won't get a stuffed dinosaur this classic or any classic. As much as I've tried I cannot do a straight bar squat. As you can see I can do squats are fairly heavy weights as long as I can do them with a safety bar. It would make sense for the classic to allow the safety bar but then it's a free country and despite this I enjoy going. Onto approx. 370+/- for Dead and 125-130 for Press.
