My knees give me more problems that anything else. The Rice Krispies (snap, crackle, pop) are always there but sometimes worse than others. My left, weaker, knee is often problematic. I know I must move my hip clockwise in an attempt to keep it under control. Sometimes successful. Sometimes not. The tubow forces me to concentrate on the problem.

I suspect that if all goes well by the end of March I will have surpassed or met my old pr levels. At least that's my goal.

I felt a little light headed throughout the bench and dead. Check blood pressure. It was normal.

    starting strength coach development program
I have developed nueropathy. I can barely feel much of anything in the bottom of my feet. It's part of diabetes. However, I've recently developed a continual pain in my right heal mostly at the bottom. I hobble around like a 75 year old. It even wakes me up sometimes in the middle of the night. I don't know if I unconsciously favor my right heal when lifting or not. I don't think so. I've requested an appointment with my Doctor. We shall see.

    Has anyone else experienced this?
