I've tried to get the 180 on the bench for several months. The Prowler may indeed have something to do with it. But I think if I did the prowler before the bench or before any lift I'd be a goner. That prowler is tough.

Strange things happen when one has a toothache and gets in a hurry to make the dental appointment.

    Squat Stretch
    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 3; 200 x 2; 230 x 1; 245 x 2 x 2; 118 x 5 x 2 (paused)
    Press: 45 x 5; 70 x 3; 100 x 1; 112 x 1; 112 x 2; 81 x 8 x 2; 81 x 4
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 335 x 1; 385 x 0 Oops. Meant to load 375. Darned tooth. Rushed over to dentist. After drilling through my entire nervous system he gave up. Filled in the cavity that had been created and told me to see the butcher down the street. Not really. He said I must refer you to a specialist if the tooth begins to give you consistent pain again. Growing old is not for sissies.

I begin to notice that, but the strong (us) shall survive in better shape than the weak and fragile!

    That's for certain.

"Twas a very good day" Grandchildren ages 4-8 were with us and Sully gave them some training on the Deadlift. I got another PR on my favorite lift.
