I seem to be running into limits on all of my lifts. That's probably to be expected. Squat: I keep bumping into 240s by multiples and winding up doing 2 + 1 or 2 + 0. I think it's mostly technique since I find whenever I fail it's because the bar goes forward. I'm not staying on my heals enough.
Dead: I can hardly believe it but despite what I can do in competition I keep running into 340s x 2 + 1 or + 0 or 360 x 0. I think despite concentrating on form I find that too often I straighten my knees before getting the bar off the floor.
Bench: I get stuck at 181 x 1 but have failed twice to advance. Sometimes I go down too fast.
Press: Sully says I must fall in love with the lift. I even kiss and caress the bar but get stuck at 118 and can't do multiples.

I guess I must concentrate harder.

    Medium:

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 3; 210 x 1; 230 x 1; 250 x 2 x 2; 100 x 5 x 2 (concentration helped) I think I could have squated more.
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 154 x 2 x 2
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 345 x 0 x 0 x 1 I didn't give up up apparently more concentration is needed.

I think the fire of competition gets you that extra 40lbs carson, hard to replicate in a normal workout

    Hard. Fairly good.

    Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 3; 210 x 1; 241 x 3; 217 x 3 x 2
    Press: 45 x 5; 70 x 3; 100 x 1; 109 x 3; 87.5 x 5 x 2
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 342.5 x 3 (New PR)

I took too many breaths between 2 and 3 and nearly failed. The goal is 5 lifts in 30 seconds or less. Ones brain must overcome ones body in order to complete multiple heavy lifts.

It looks like you haven't hit your limit on deadlifts yet.

Makes me happy. My goals at least for now for DL: 405 x 1; 375 x 3; 350 x 5. I think they are doable. I'm shooting for next spring for those. Then we will see.
