    Very impressive. 3 years ago I couldn't have done that. I was 11 years younger than you at that time.

    The key is that you could not only do it... but have a good attitude while you did.

    Your program aims to maximize recovery... which requires hard work. What constitutes "hard work" depends on where you are in your recovery.
    So the answer is because Sully knows how to do this.

    This Challenge should be very exciting. John C our nearly 93 year old lifter will be competing and a Video of his weightlifting and his honor tour for Vets to DC will be included. He is an inspiration to all of us at Greysteel and he will dazzle us all in Niles, Il.
