Monday will be a lighter day. Then my next lifts will be just outside of Chicago for the Fall Classic.

But then I did some straight bar squats that really were not for records just for doing them. 20 kg, 25 kg, 30 kg.
For the lifts that mattered:
Press: 100 x 1; 115 x 1; 128 x 0
Dead: 357 x 1; 374 x 0; 374 x 0
It was fun to be with a positive group of people who support each other.
