We wound up with 10 inches. It was quite a site. So, I'm putting on my outdoor Christmas lights both for their beauty and for its destruction of the darkness. See John 1.

Here's something worth seeing. This is the trailer for the movie made by our oldest lifter John Claasson aged 92, about a week away from 93. "Outlifting Life". Believe me "He's the man." Thanks fellas. I've had a breakthrough with the deadlift. My neck bones are really connected to my shoulder bones. When I raise my neck high, so high that it feels a bit like my head will break off and role down my back, my shoulders follow. The 335 x 3 was never easier. I've been advising people not to do that. Mea culpa. I'll never advise that again. I hope that my head doesn't role off, though.

Watch out Deadlift PRs. I'm coming for you.
