Medium day.
Squat: 70 x 5; 160 x 3; 210 x 2; 240 x 1 (Pulled a muscle on my inner thigh); I tried 258 but could not do it. I backed off to 160 for a set of 5 but could not do those.
Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 2; 145 x 1; 157 x 2 x 2
Dead: Tried but could not pull any weight.
We have Friday off for Thanksgiving but will be back at it on Monday. No bruising.
