    I can't say with certainty but I don't mind doing them. I think it forces a kind of consistency in form. I know at this point gains come very slowly but I am slowly making headway with the Bench. I expect another PR before Christmas. I'm not sure about the Press.

    Good day at the gym. Only one PR but it was fairly easy.

    We had a lady join our gym today who is only two years older than we are. Let's just say she has a very long way to go in order to be mobile. Howeer, I think Sully has a wonderful approach with her. He has broken down the steps needed for her to really get started and is using such great techniques that if anyone can help her Sully can.
