Good day at the gym. Only one PR but it was fairly easy.
Every PR day is a good day!
We had a lady join our gym today who is only two years older than we are. Let's just say she has a very long way to go in order to be mobile. Howeer, I think Sully has a wonderful approach with her. He has broken down the steps needed for her to really get started and is using such great techniques that if anyone can help her Sully can.
