    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 154 x 5; 139 x 5 x 2
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 330 x 3; 280 x 5; 135 x 5

    Press: 45 x 5; 75 x 3; 100 x 2; 115 x 1; 122 x 1; 85 x 8 x 2; 85 x 6; 85 x 1; 85 x 1 Ran out of steam
    Prowler: 70 x 6 x 4 This 70 is equivalent to 100 on the lighter prowler

    Medium days are my favorites. I get to do heavy squats and heavy deadlifts. I also get to do benches though I must wait to do heavy benches for 1 1/2 weeks.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (pause); 160 x 3; 210 x 2; 250 x 1; 260 x 2 x 2 This is 7 pounds shy of a PR; 100 x 5 (pause)
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 150 x 1; 160 x 2 x 2
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 332.5 x 1; 360 x 1; 375 x 1 (PR) it took me 1 1/2 years to get this. On to 385.

    I still don't know why what I do on heavy day is called heavy. No prs today.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (Pause); 160 x 3; 210 x 2; 240 x 1; 251 x 1; 226 x 3 x 2
    Press: 45 x 5; 75 x 3; 100 x 1; 109 x 3; 87.5 x 5 x 3. Form seems to be getting a little better.
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 332.5 x 3

    The other lifters are kind and whenever I'm going for a top single they cheer.
