Short term LP continued.
Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 150 x 3; 160 x 5 x 2 Pretty good form.
Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 4; 115 x 2; 125 x 5 x 2 Form needs some improvement but pretty good overall
Dead: 135 x 5; 225 x 3; 315 x 0; 275 x 3 Sloppy. My neck and shoulders seem to have got stiffer over the years. Hard to look up far enough. Grip a little weaker than expected.
Still good to be using the bar. I hope we can get out of the damned masks soon.
Not a bad day. I think I'm getting back into the swing. You know I think this whole Covid hysteria is a complete hoax. I hope the Democrats and the never Trumpers pay a big price for it.
My form is returning. In fact, Squat is better than ever.

Squat: 70x5; 120x4; 160 x 1; 170 x 5x2 Form is spot on almost every lift.
Bench: 45x5; 95x3; 125x1; 130x5x2
Dead: 135x3; 225x2;295x1;320x1;285x3 All seemed relatively easy.

The layoff seems to have improved some of my form techniques or perhaps Sully doesn't yell as much as he used to.
In any event I seem to have improved my form in all my lifts except the Bench. I hope that bodes well for the future. For that matter, these are relatively light lifts. We will see when Squat approaches 265; Dead approaches 375; Bench approaches 185; and Press approaches 130.
