I just watched Eddie Hall in the 2020 World's Strongest man lift a deadlift at 1054 pounds. I have a new goal.

My goal is 225 (for now). Looks like you made that at 3 months. You will get that 1054. Might take 3 reps...

If I had a few years and were several years younger who knows. But it is fun to watch those immensely strong guys.

    Light day:

    Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 120 x 3; 160 x 1; 189 x 5 x 3
    Press: 45 x 5; 70 x 3; 95 x 1; 105 x 1; 73 x 8 x 3
    Prowler: 45 x 6 x 2

I watched the video you sent as well as the Titan video following. I think both are an improvement over the standard safety bars we use in our clinic/gym.

I will send them both to Sully. As regards the first, I wonder if he has put them into production? I saw no information on how to buy them and how much they cost. I like this fellow's inventiveness. I think it would work for me. How about you?

    Heavy Day:

    Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 160 x 3; 200 x 1; 212,5 x 1; 191 x 3 x 2 Fairly easy.
    Press: 45 x 5; 70 x 3; 95 x 1; 105 x 1 x 0 (fail); 84 x 5 x 2 The exact form is elusive though it was better.
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 345 x 1; 276 x 5 I could have done more but pleased with what I did.
