I will send them both to Sully. As regards the first, I wonder if he has put them into production? I saw no information on how to buy them and how much they cost. I like this fellow's inventiveness. I think it would work for me. How about you?
I do not see any reason that it would not work for either of us. If you watch the camera pan around at the end of the video it shows a shop with cars being restored. It looked to me like the guy just made some for himself as (guessing on my part) that he has some disposable cash. If I had started the weights a few months earlier and know what I know now I could have made not only those bar extensions but a complete power rack out of metal for near nothing. I had all the fab shop equipment and supplies available. But hind sites 20/20 right?

Researchers say that there are 7 kinds of intelligence. Judging from what you have written so far, I'd guess that you have at least 2 or 3 kinds. I still wish I could figure out if he has found a manufacture

    Nice work there, Carson.

Well, you're just restarting after a lay off.

That is mostly true. It's still frustrating that I have got past 345 x 1 when in March I lifted 375.

How are you doing? I must go check out your lifts again, but I don't always understand them.

Hi Carson. Just remember i am an irrelevent pussy. Last year my lower back was constantly sore from the number of exercises i was doing that hit it, so i have changed things up with a bunch of minimalist whole body routines that i cycle thru.
After the covid lockdown i was as weak as an 8 year old girl, but now slowly getting there.
Am using banned exercises like HBBS, atg. And 20 rep olympic deadlifts (not powerlifting deadlifts).
Feel much better and in good shape.
I never miss your posts, as you are another old turkey that i can relate to.

I'm honored that you follow me. Have you returned to competition?

I miss it greatly. I hope USSF comes back.
