I have a new shirt from Greysteel that might interest you. On the back is a Greysteel logo on the front is a picture of me lifting 375 lbs with the caption "I take iron for diabetes" and I do.
Here's a bit from my book that may encourage others: "The guidance counselor brought Carson into his office during his junior year in high school. In the course of the conversation the counselor said 'I don't want to hit you too hard with this but you will never be a pastor. Your family background makes it quite impossible given your poverty and the violence in your home.'" If you wish to read more check out my book on Amazon. Go to Carson D. Lauffer and there is my book. Take a look.

On February 3 I go in for a check up to see if my body has fully recovered from the surgery and whether or not I can resume lifting. I did lift the 70 pound squat bar and did a squat just to see what if I still had it. I do. The fifth is my next lifting day.

Thank you Micheal. Your review was even better than the book. I'm glad you found it helpful. Sleep well, my friend.

Thank you, gentlemen. It was fun but because of the weather it almost didn't happen. The roads were slick. I wound up being the only lifter along with Coach Sully.
It is great to be back.
