Still trying to get back to where I was at least last December 7.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 120 x 3; 160 x 1; 180 x 3; 155 x5; 100 x 5 (paused)
    Press: 45 x 5; 55 x 3; 60 x 1; 65 x 5 x 3
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 295 x 1; 235 x 3

Well done! December 7th is sort of famous for setbacks.

Patience is the virtue I learn most slowly.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 120 x 3; 160 x 1; 185 x 3; 160 x 5
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 110 x 5 x 3
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 300 x 1; 245 x 3

At this rate I should be back to making PRs in 8 weeks if there are no more set backs.

You haven't seen my videos. LOL. Thanks. I'm 74 technology has left me in the dust. Every time I learn how to post a video and post it I quickly forget how to do it again. I do have some videos posted but they were all done by someone else.

Still, I understand the other meaning for your comment. Don't worry. This journey is step by step. The most important part of this training is consistency. Keep at it. Check in with a Starting Strength coach from time to time. They can be very helpful.

Another much more minor set back. I had a molar removed that was breaking apart. Can't lift until Monday. I'll be back, God willing.

Ouch. Teeth are so damned difficult to work around. I had a bone graft and implant done December 2019. It was supposed to heal 4 months then get the rest of it done. Covid hit and I haven't been back. They may have reopened so i will call them

Were dental offices closed in Va? Ours were supposed to be closed for 2-3 months but most of them remained open in Michigan. That is way too much. I think most politicians are corrupt or nitwits.
