    Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 160 x 3; 200 x 1; 215 x 1; 230 x 1 (40 lbs shy of the PR set just before lockdown)
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 2; 135 x 1; 155 x 1; 160 x 0 (30 lbs shy of PR set before lockdown)
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 0 x 1; 330 x 1 (45 lbs shy of the PR set before lockdown)

    I'm climbing out of the pandemic hole.

    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 90 x 1; 100 x 1; 102.5 x 1; 63 x 8 x 2 The highest weight I've lifted since Pandemic.
    Prowler: 45 x 6 x 2

    The Press is still a work in progress for me. I've lifted 128 because, I guess, I got the form right quite by accident. I have never replicated that lift since. I think I'm moving toward it. I know I make it more complicated than necessary and so usually wind up with a moment arm that cannot be overcome. I will continue practicing it and hope to get it right before the end of the year. If I can I should be able to do 2 plates (135 lbs).
