Thank you gentlemen. I love lifting days. I hope you guys will always love them as well. My 94 year old friend and fellow lifter inspires me. Let us all inspire each other.
Just under 2 weeks ago a storm caused electricity to go out for 5 days. Then last Saturday we experienced the effects of 4 tornadoes in our area. It ripped out trees and crushed a couple of condos in our subdivision. We only lost a few plants and flowers. But again, no electricity for 4 days. If things like this didn't happen what stories would we tell our grandchildren? Still we lifted.

Keep at it brother. You are likely to live longer than me so you will no doubt surpass my efforts.
You know, I don't really understand why I do as well as I do in deadlift. I certainly enjoy doing them and hope someday to lift 4 plates on each end.
I've done 290 x 5 two times in a row on the Deadlift. That's not a PR. I did 320 x 5 three years ago. I'm not back yet but I'm on the way.
