Although that's not welcome news, hopefully everything works out and you come back stronger. Mend well, carson!

Thank you. It's bothered me for years but I did not know exactly what it was but when I lost two molars on the same side and after years of my left eye watering up the specialist who replaces teeth showed me an x ray and told me to go see an ENT. Apparently my sinuses are loaded with infection especially on the left side. So I'm going under the knife on Wednesday. Hopefully, I will breathe better, my eye will be better, etc.

Over the last week we have had a visiting coach from Israel in our gym. She has been assisting Sully. She is a very good young coach. I hope she comes back to see us when I can actually lift.

Best of luck on your recovery. Be smart starting back up... aka listen to Sully.

    starting strength coach development program
    Will do.

Did a light day to analyze the comeback. Had some great and relaxing time is Shipshawana, Ind (Amish); Traverse City, Mi, and Batavia with our older son and his children. His wife was in Boston running the marathon for the fourth time.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 120 x 3; 16o x 1; 200 x 3; 160 x 5 x 2
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 125 x 1; 135 x 1; 140 x 1; 125 x 5 x 2
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 300 x 0 Got it about 3 inches off the floor but could not get it further. 3 week lay offs are not good.

Muscles sore and knee hurts. I'm more tired than expected. I hope I have no more surgeries for a long time.
