As I alluded, the Musk iceberg is getting revealed a little at a time. The first warning signs for me was when he accused one of the benefactors contributing to the rescue of the boys trapped in the cave in SE Asia of being a pedophile. It came out of nowhere and had no substantiation whatsoever. Since then, more of his temper tantrums saw the light of day from current and former employees who described his increasingly erratic behavior. I grant you, some of this may be the result of his having bucked the progressive norms of CA by moving some of his enterprise out of that state and elsewhere into (horrors!) Texas. I wish I had the specific articles I read while waiting for DB to get out of the pool at the Rec Center to refer you to. Perhaps these will suffice to describe him and his devolution:

Elon Musk’s Totally Awful, Batshit-Crazy, Completely Bonkers, Most Excellent Year | Vanity Fair
Elon Musk Reveals He Thought He Was Insane and 'They Might Put Me Away'
Inside Elon Musk’s World: He’s Going Mad and Everyone Knows It - autoevolution

There are a bunch more, but these sort of sum up what I have seen.

Elon is partly nuts but seems accurate in his evaluation of most news sources. He's not as humanitarian as Tesla but I tend to give him a brake. Look at the Titans that made America between the Civil War and WWI. All seemed a bit unbalanced but did in fact make America.

BTW reading the titles of other articles in Vanity Faire I think I will side with Musk...sort of.

I'll check out the other articles later. Thanks for the leads.

I guess I'm doing Heavy-Light. This is heavy sort of.

    Squat:70 x 5 (paused); 160 x 3; 200 x 1; 215 x 3; 192.5 x 5 x 2
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 100 x 2; 77 x 8 100 went relatively easy.
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 295 x 1; 312.5 x 1; 285 x 3

Thank you. Do you get chances to work with Karl Schudt from time to time? Do you get online coaching from anyone like Sully?

    Light day.

Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 130 x 3; 180 x 1; 195 x 5.1 pulled or tore abducter muscle in left thigh. Spent the rest of the session walking and pushing an emply prowler.

At home I iced it for an hour, walked and did some empty squats. The empty squats probably did the most good but they really, really, hurt. I let my left knee cave and that it when the muscle pull or tear came. We will check it tomorrow a.m. see about swelling. Star protocol is in my near future.
