    We did a diagnostic to see how much I had lost since the last time I lifted.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 120 x 3; 140 x 2; 160 x 1; 135 x 3; 120 x 5
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 70 x 3; 60 x 5
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 255 x 1; 275 x 1; 295 x 1; 270 x 3

    We celebrated our 55 wedding anniversary by lifting at the gym and later had a nice meal at Maggiano's Little Italy. Very nice day.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (Paused); 120 x 3; 140 x 1; 160 x 3; 145 x 5 x 2
    Bench: 45. x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 135 x 5; 115 x 5 x 2

    I'm amazed and thankful that we made it to 55. Actually what surprises me is that I've lived to 75. Happy upcoming anniversary to you as well.
