I'm going to stop labeling my lifts as HLM. I can't figure out what day I'm on.

some days they all feel like heavy day!
Form creep, disaster, and victory.
Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 140 x 3; 170 x 1; 190 x 1; 192.5 x 5; x 1 I was bending forward by almost one foot which of course got it out of the groove. Part of it is getting used to the new bar. Part of it was a form creep. So, I tried lifting with the bar against the back part of the rack, Disaster. I could not do it and got stuck on the safety bars. I've got some work to do.
Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3 135 x 1; 145 x 3; 125 x 5 x 2. Easy victory.
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 300 x 1; 317.5 x 1; 265 x 3. Easy victory.

A better day on the Squat. It will take a bit of time and serious concentration.
Squat: Air squats sliding my hands up and down the rack to monitor the exact distance and not drift forward.; 70 x 5 (Paused with the bar on and off the back of the rack. A mixed bag.): 130 x 3; 160 x 1; 180 x 1; 195 x 3 (with some success); 177.5 x 5.
Press: 45 x 5; 70 x 3; 90 x 1; 102.5 x 1; 80 x 3; 70 x 5
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 265 x 3
Hang in there Carson!
