I have a question. I have persistent pain in my left arm which often gives me fits during the press. I have had the problem of my left arm going to sleep while driving. But this is different. It's a shooting pain about 1/3 the way down from my shoulder. It's been bothering me for about two months. Has anyone else had such a problem?

have you started sleeping on your left side more?

I find I also get shooting pains in that same are after annoying my Bride, as coincidentally she sleeps on my left.

I'm sure it's unrelated to the pain lol

You may have something there. She also sleeps on my left side. Hmm... I'll give that some thought.

But I have been "annoying" her for over 55 years. Why has it only acted up recently?

Even though you were no doubt grumbling about those goose-eggs in your workout, hopefully the great news erased those thoughts!

    Keep at it, carson!

For the most part, yes. It helped me get my priorities straight. My beloved has been my side for over 55 years, far longer than has weightlifting.

I pull down's for my shoulders, and occasionally do hangs from the bar in the squat rack.

I've also added those arc to my press workouts like in Rip's Rotator Cuff rehab video.

My shoulders have been thru some things, this video is gold.

As I look at your logs I notice you push a lot, but you don't pull with your arms (aka you do the dead lift correctly).
Maybe adding some pull downs or those arcs would help.
