    I should add that though I'm not keeping daily track of calories and proteins I am losing weight. I'm back down to 207. Lent is about to start so I suspect I will lose a bit more. Don't worry. My tire is shrinking as well.

    I keep hoping that someday we will have one day of winter per year and that is on December 25. Instead, we had a storm last Thursday and our power went out from Thursday through Sunday. Thank God for the friends who let us stay with them. We had a few days of pretty good weather but now we have heavy snowfall and already 6" on the ground. Our poor daffodils and hyathinces are buried. Here's the list of my morning lifts after an absence of almost 2 weeks.

    I haven't done OHP for about 2 months. I've had injections, and rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder. My left bicep won't let me lift above my head.

    A better day, but I'm going to try to maintain 205 lb bw and drop the diet. I know I'm not eating as much protein or calories as I should. In any event I hope to keep at 205 but increase both calories and protein so that I can start moving up toward a PR or two in 2023.

    I think I'm preoccupied with several things but it just dawned on me that I stopped taking Creatine quite some time ago because I could no longer find it in the local stores. Then I got a tip that it was available on Amazon. I will start back on it by the week's end. Maybe this will make a difference.
