Prowler: 200 x 4 x 2
HLM Medium Day
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 340 x 1; 350 x 1; 279 x 3 Relatively easy. I have 26 lbs to go for another PR
Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 90 x 1; 75 x 8
Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 160 x 3; 210 x 1; 221 x 3 x 2
