    Was busy packing last night, so moved last night's workout to this morning. It gets so damn hot until about 7 PM it's impossible to do anything in garage.

    Found myself trying a new cue for the squat - sending hips back as opposed to "bending over". Felt like my upper back was much straighter than usual. Going to keep using.

    Bench didn't aggravate the shoulder for once.

    Default Out of town

    starting strength coach development program
    Man what a weird week. On top of moving, I got an opportunity to take on a challenging project out of town. Problem is the “gym” at the hotel only has dumbbells and this weird nautilus cable looking thing. I’m officially not training at this place.

    I made the most of it with this silly routine.

    Dumbbell front squat
    100x5x3

    Dumbbell press
    100x5x3

    Nautilus cable thing rack pull
    200x5

    These are the heaviest weights available for these exercises. Not sure what I’m going to do. The assignment is 4 weeks. On top of all that, getting adequate protein and rest is going to be next to impossible.
