Been sucking at squatting lately, so I was flip flopping squat arrangements. I'm going to try something like the Petrizzo setup for my squats. I'll be working up to a top set and just running that out for as long as possible, with a light squat day on my Deadlift day. The four day arrangement is working a lot better for me in terms of time management. A short intense workout feels better mentally and physically, as opposed to a long 60-90 min squat 5x5 workout. I know that its not optimal, but this is what I've got right now.
Also the solution to not hitting all of my sets on chins or skipping them is to just do one set a day. Not optimal, but it'll keep me consistent
Also, I know I need to get my weight up 10 lbs from 170 to 180. External shit, outside my control, just hasn't been going right lately
Bright side is that my press, bench press, cleans, and deads are all coming along nicely
