    Intensity Deadlift 480x1, 420x3 (sorta missed on the deadlift single, but it was because I grabbed the bar off center (really dumb and careless). Based on how far up I got it anyway, I'm confident it would have went)

    The cardio isn't crazy, ~135-150 bpm for 20 mins nice and easy. Feels like its actually helping with the soreness and stiffness

    iSquat 335x5 Got greedy here and jumped 10 lbs instead of 5. Ever since I got my squat fixed by Annino and Skinner at a squat and deadlift camp my squats have been moving faster. I had been squatting 3 inches too deep, and descending far too fast. That fixes my problem of my squat being disproportionate to my other lifts.
