Tuesday: Had a bad squat night. Not sure what was up. I've been pretty low energy today/glute was a little sore from pressing last night
Squat: 335x3, 335x2, 335x1 I was supposed to hit this for 5

Thursday: Been having bad workouts lately
Press: 145x2, 145x1x3
Bench Press: 210x5x5
Tuesday:
Deadlift: 410x3x2
Squat: 290x5x3 (Got my squat back on LP after being lazy a few weeks)
Pull-up: 10x10x3
Thursday:
Press: 162.5x1x5
Bench Press: 227.5x5x3, 227.5x4 (Totally missed, and didn't have anything left in the tank, switching to descending sets for 5x5 next week)
Dips: 35x10x3
Thursday:
Press: 165x1x3, 155x1x2
Bench Press: 230x4, 225x4, 220x5, 215x5, 210x5 (Missed on my first sets, I felt pretty fatigued, I'll probably just reattempt this next week)
