    Sunday: I've been wildly inconsistent. Needed a tune up workout to get back in the swing of things. Decided I want to get up to 165 body weight. I weigh about 153 right now.
    Squat: 275x5x3

    Deadlift: 365x5

    Tuesday:
    Squat: 255x5x5
    Bench: 205x5x5

    Thursday: Squat: 205x5x3
